Book the 2nd Floor Group Study Online
- Use the monthly calendar below to find the date you want to reserve (You may book up to four weeks in advance)
- Select the times you need (only 2 hours per week are permitted)
- Enter your Saint Rose email address to book the room.
- Arrive at the reference desk or email us within 30 minutes of the beginning of your reservation.
Room Policies & Procedures
- Available for Saint Rose students, faculty, and staff only.
- Stop at the Reference Desk to pick up the key
- If you will be using the smartboard, you can checkout a wireless keyboard and mouse from the front desk (Circulation Desk)
- If you do not arrive within 20 minutes after your reservation begins, your reservation may be forfeited.
